Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez lectures about why different people need different diets. In this DVD, Different Diets for Different Types, Dr. Gonzalez shares his groundbreaking nutritional research. This was his last major lecture before his died in July 2015.
At this event, Dr. Gonzalez explains the art and the science of balancing one’s autonomic nervous system with metabolic typing. Dr. Gonzalez goes into great detail regarding the physiology and biochemistry of diet and nutrition and the use of diet and nutrients to treat disease with an emphasis on the pioneering work of Dr. Weston A. Price, Dr. Francis Pottenger and Dr. William Donald Kelley.
This lecture is an expanded version of Gonzalez’s “What Should I Eat?” lecture. It was originally presented to a professional audience at the ALLDOCS Annual Conference on Marco Island in Florida. This Different Diets for Different Types DVD differs from his “What Should I Eat?” DVD in that here Dr. Gonzalez includes an hour of case presentations from his files of patients on The Gonzalez Protocol®. These patients were diagnosed with both advanced cancer and serious non-cancer illnesses, and have done extremely well on their Gonzalez nutritional programs for many years.
Please note: this lecture explains the science on why different people need different diets but it will not give specifics for the ideal diet for any individual, and is not meant to be used as a self-help guide. If you are looking for advice about the best diet for your metabolic type, you can take the Gonzalez Metabolic Type Test.
